How does the online consultation work?
A video call with me personally, at the time you chose. You describe your complaint, I watch how you move on camera, and we decide the right step.
How much does it cost, and how do I pay?
The price is shown on the booking page before any step, and nothing is added afterwards. You can pay by bank card, or by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash transfer with a photo of the receipt.
Will I get a confirmation?
Yes. As soon as you pay, a WhatsApp message tells you the request arrived; once I have checked the payment and the schedule, a second message confirms the appointment on the same number.
What if I need to change the time?
From your receipt page, as long as the change is at least 24 hours before the consultation and not on the same day. Cancellation and refunds are not available.
Does a video consultation replace an in-person examination?
In many cases I can reach an initial impression and an exercise plan over video. If your case needs a hands-on clinical examination or imaging, I will tell you that plainly.
Where is the clinic?
Fanara, Fayed, Canal Road, above Dr. Mohamed Khalifa Pharmacy, Ismailia Governorate. The map link is on the contact page; in-person visits are arranged on WhatsApp.
What if my case is outside your scope?
I will tell you, and point you to the right specialty. That is part of the consultation, not an extra service.
Should I send my reports on WhatsApp?
Attach them to your booking on the site, or have them ready for the consultation itself. WhatsApp is for coordination and admin questions, never for card data.
